Summary: Restaurant next door was excellent. Disappointed that there was no breakfast at hotel. Not in a great section of town. Hotel was fine, clean, roomy, in room coffee, microwave but no shops around area to get anything to microwave!

Summary: The hotel is going through some renovations but our room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the cafe next door where they serve breakfast was awful. We ended up going for a drink there after a full day of travel and a light dinner at the market. They were training someone but she was sadly clueless. And the women ‘training’ here didn’t help. We waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks that were not correct. We also returned for breakfast- cold and gross. The location was fine but the closest bar/restaurant is a 5 -7 min walk. Really wished we would have stayed elsewhere

Summary: The hotel was good, we did not like the breakfast service, the hotel was under construction and we did check out like a 15 or 16 days ago and still have the deposit on hold and I don't understand why because we when un a cruise and came back and stay and another holiday inn in california and in 3 days the deposit was release.

Summary: Rooms are clean and provide toilet trees which relieves a lot of stress. Fridge in the room was very small. They charge a $25 per car for parking but it was very convenient. Surprisingly, house keeping did not knock and the phones did not work to call for room service so we had to go down for toilet paper. Very close to WAMU theater, but overpriced compared to other hotels.
